Strategic CSM for FinTech & Health/Life Sciences

Signature Success is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the primary contact for Salesforce’s largest customers. You will partner with assigned accounts to align business goals with Salesforce implementation and maximize value from Signature Success services.

The role requires exceptional communication, deep Salesforce knowledge, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms. Occasional after-hours coverage and travel to the London office are possible.
