Contract – Full time, permanent.

Hours of Work – 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday

Overview of the Role

In your role as a Quality Administrator, you will be responsible for evidence population and lodgement preparation. The role will involve liaising with contractors and site teams to request, collate, and prepare evidence and documentation required for Energy Efficient Measures carried out to PAS2030:2019 and MCS Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collate all necessary paperwork for the installation of energy efficiency measures in compliance with PAS 2035:2019, PAS 2035:2023 and MCS process.
• Work closely with project retrofit co-ordinators ensuring PAS & MCS installation paperwork is provided in line with main contract programmes.
• Provide compliance advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measures.
• Upload documentation to various locations and share points, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure zero compliance failures by guaranteeing submission accuracy and thoroughness.
• Adhere to all Strategic Partner contractual deadlines.
• Engage with sub-contractors to support effective project development and delivery.
• Request client shared folder access to upload completed lodgement evidence post-project.
• Travel to additional sites as required to provide hands‑on assistance.
• Take on ad hoc projects or initiatives to meet changing business needs.
