100% Remote (UK-based) with UK & European Travel - £75-85k Base, £150-170k Achievable OTE

This is a quota-carrying solution sale with real ownership. Reporting into the senior sales leadership team, you'll drive growth across the UK and Europe. You will identify, develop and close strategic opportunities, led by policing and the wider blue light community, and extending into defence, government, national infrastructure and strategic commercial markets.

You'll own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through solution development, commercial negotiation and contract award, working hand-in-hand with Pre-Sales, Engineering, Product and Delivery. This is a complex, value-led sale rather than a volume or price-led hardware sale.

Please note: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK (unfortunately sponsorship support is not available at this time) and be able to obtain UK security clearance (SC). Vetting to Baseline (BPSS) will be required as part of the offer process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carry an annual sales quota and consistently hit or beat revenue and margin targets.
• Lead complex, consultative sales opportunities from first engagement through to signature.
• Build and nurture a qualified pipeline strong enough to deliver quarterly and annual numbers, with accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Shape and execute the UK/EU sales strategy in line with the company's growth ambitions, starting with policing and blue light and growing into defence, government and national infrastructure.
• Develop strategic customer relationships at every level.
• Partner with Pre-Sales to craft technical solutions that answer customers' requirements, including how live video fits with their existing cameras, networks and control room systems.
• Run customer evaluations, demos, proof-of-concepts and pilot deployments, often in real operational conditions.
• Grow existing accounts through expansion strategies that maximise long-term revenue.
• Cultivate strong relationships with channel & technology partners, camera and platform vendors and system integrators.
• Feed market intel back into the business. (Competitors, sector needs, emerging technologies).
• Contribute to bids, framework submissions and strategic proposals, and work with Marketing on lead generation and market awareness.

What We're Looking For

• Several years' experience selling technology solutions (not just devices) into UK policing and blue light, or into defence or government, with a demonstrable record of exceeding targets.
• Experience running complex, consultative sales cycles, selling on outcomes and value rather than unit price.
• Confident, engaging senior decisionmakers within public sector or enterprise organisations.
• Technical credibility in video, connectivity, communications, surveillance, analytics or security technologies.
• Sharp commercial awareness and the ability to build compelling business cases.
• Self-motivated and well-organised to work independently in a fully remote role.
• Happy to travel across the UK and Europe to meet customers, with the amount of travel driven by the opportunities you chase and win.

Useful, please highlight on your application:

• Existing relationships across policing, blue light, defence or critical national infrastructure.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement frameworks.
• Experience working through channel partners, technology partners and strategic alliances.
• Understanding of live video streaming, cellular and network connectivity, IoT, cloud, AI, video analytics or secure communications.
• Experience selling in European markets.
• Existing UK security clearance (SC or above).

Package

• Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 base
• OTE: £150,000 - £170,000 achievable OTE
