Senior FinTech CSM: Regulated Markets Strategy

Salesforce is seeking a customer success manager (CSM) to serve as the primary contact for its largest Signature Success customers. You will maintain alignment with customers' business goals, foster executive-level relationships, and translate technical needs into practical Salesforce solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Product teams to drive adoption, renewal and expansion, with occasional after-hours coverage and travel to our London office three days a week.
