About this role:

We are looking for a Founding GTM hire with 1+ years of experience to be the first commercial team member at a stealth-stage AI company transforming the $3T commercial insurance market. You'll own outbound prospecting and closing for the world's largest insurance brokers, working directly with the founders to build the go-to-market engine from scratch.

What will you be doing?

• Running purely outbound sales motions - cold outreach, personalized LinkedIn messaging, and targeted prospecting to buyers within the top 20 global insurance brokers
• Owning the full sales cycle from first touch to closing pilot agreements with enterprise accounts
• Attending conferences and in-person meetings to build relationships with key decision-makers
• Managing and improving existing GTM tooling (CRM, Clay, automated outreach systems) to scale pipeline
• Helping kick off pilots with 12 of the top 20 largest brokers by end of year - an ambitious, company-defining target.

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year of GTM experience (AE or full-stack BDR) at a high-growth, early-stage startup - must have seen what \"zero to one\" looks like
• Exceptional soft skills and high EQ - you'll be navigating complex enterprise dynamics and internal politics at multi-billion dollar organizations
• Hunter mentality - excited by relentless outbound work, not repelled by hours of prospecting
• AI-native - comfortable building demos in Cursor/Claude and using AI tools daily in your workflow
• Able to work fully in-office 5 days a week in London (visa sponsorship available).
