Corporate Solicitor (4 to 8 PQE)

The firm

A well established full service firm with several offices across the North West. It acts for businesses and individuals and has a loyal local client base.

The role

You will run corporate transactions, mainly acquisitions and disposals, advise on governance and company law and draft and negotiate transaction documents. You will also look after existing client relationships.

What you will need

• 4 to 8 years PQE in corporate work, strong technical and client skills, good attention to detail and organisation.
