Strategic Accounts Leader - Fintech SaaS (Hybrid, Stock)

Tuum is seeking an Account Manager to manage commercial relationships with strategic customers post go-live, ensuring renewals, price negotiations and expansion opportunities while coordinating with Technical CSMs.

You will work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Executive leadership to drive retention and growth across our fintech customers, with hybrid working and occasional travel as required.
