MBR Dental are assisting a dental practice in Plymouth, Devon to recruit a Locum Dentist to join their team on a temporary basis.

Vacancy Details:

• Flexible start date.
• Ongoing Locum Dentist required until further notice.
• Full or part-time opportunity.
• Surgery space Monday to Friday 8.30am–5:15pm.
• Days and hours to be discussed.
• General Dentist required on a self employed basis.
• Opportunity to progress to a permanent role at the practice.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Competitive day rate or paid per UDA, to be discussed.
• Private income paid at 50% split, with excellent earning potential
• Monthly pay with a one-week notice period.

• Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE plus private earnings.

• Established modern 4-surgery practice
• 3 Dentists plus Therapist and Hygienist already in situ.
• Fully computerised with R4.
• Digital X-Rays and Rotary Endo.
• Onsite IOS scanner and Sedation Clinic.
• Support from a Qualified Dental Nurse
• Offers General Dentistry and Short Term Orthodontics.
• Plymouth is Britain’s Ocean City; hosting iconic landmarks, a variety of activities and attractions, and scenic waterfront walks. It hosts South West’s largest food festival, spectacular fireworks displays and live music performances.

Requirements:

• GDC registered
• Active Performer Number
• Valid DBS certificate
