Transformation Manager - Private Assets | Investment Management

Our client is a leading Alternative Investment Management firm who are looking to add a driven Transformation Manager to their growing Change & Transformation team in London. The team is responsible for working closely with stakeholders across the Front Office, Digital and Technology to design, deliver and communicate strategic initiatives across the Private Assets business.

They are seeking someone a driven and proactive transformation professional with a track record of designing and delivery complex, multi-year programmes across a global business with proven ability to effectively plan and communicate the impact of change to stakeholders at all levels, from C-Suite to team level.

The ideal candidate would have:

• A background in consulting or private assets/financial services.
• Change management background with experience in areas such change impact assessments, training programme design, change communication strategy/collateral etc.
• A proactive mindset and drive to get updates on commitments from stakeholders.
• Change management certifications such as Prosci, CCMP or equivalent, a nice to have but not essential.

This is a fully permanent role based in Central London (3-4 days per week in office), must have full eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
