# Endpoint Deployment SpecialistJob Reference No.CR/03987Job Type: ContractLocation: RemoteJob Reference No.: CR/03987We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Security Specialist to lead the deployment and implementation of Agentic Endpoint Security (AES) solutions for enterprise customers. This role combines deep technical expertise in endpoint security with strong customer-facing consulting and service delivery capabilities.## Key Responsibilities* Lead end-to-end deployment and implementation of Endpoint Security solutions.* Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical assessments to understand security requirements and business objectives.* Design and implement endpoint security architectures for enterprise environments.* Configure security policies, prevention controls, threat detection capabilities, and endpoint protection features.* Support migration projects from legacy endpoint security platforms to Palo Alto Networks solutions.* Collaborate with customer security, infrastructure, and operations teams throughout project delivery.* Provide technical guidance, best practice recommendations, and operational handovers to customer teams.* Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and operational issues during implementation engagements.* Produce high-quality technical documentation, deployment runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.* Support the deployment of Cortex XDR where required as part of broader security transformation projects.* Stay current with emerging threats, AI-driven security technologies, and endpoint security best practices.## Required Experience* Minimum 7 years of IT industry experience.* Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing Professional Services, Consulting, or Service Delivery role supporting enterprise customers.* Proven experience deploying and configuring enterprise endpoint security solutions.* Strong understanding of endpoint protection, malware prevention, threat detection, incident response, and security operations.Experience with one or more of the following technologies:* Trellix* Symantec Endpoint Protection* CrowdStrike Falcon* Microsoft Defender for Endpoint* SentinelOne* Other enterprise endpoint security platforms* Experience delivering security projects within complex enterprise environments.* Excellent stakeholder management and customer communication skills.
