Personio is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the technical strategy for existing-business accounts across EMEA, focusing on cross-sell, renewals, and account expansion. You’ll collaborate with account managers, Customer Success, and Product & Engineering to deliver value, validate requirements, and drive ROI for customers.
You will mentor other SCs, build deep product mastery of Personio’s suite, and lead technical scoping and ROI studies.
