Configuration Management

Service Configuration / IT Asset Manager / Configuration management Database Lead required for an Energy trading House. The firm are active in both Derivative & Physical trading, cross asset including Power, LNG, Metals & Agriculture. As the Service config & CMDB lead you’ll act as the SME for Configuration management across technology, improving controls and ensuring the CMDB provides accurate information to service management, risk & audit.

As the Lead Service configuration, configuration management lead, you will have your voice heard, as the firm will look to you to drive improvement through automation, scripting, API integrations and reducing manual data maintenance.

Up to £80,000 + Benefits + Bonus

3 days in the office based in London City

You will own key discovery and scanning tools, including Lansweeper and Atlassian Assets Discovery, identify data-quality issues across multiple sources, and work with accountable system owners to resolve discrepancies at source. You will also provide regular reporting on CMDB health, discovery coverage, risks, remediation and improvement opportunities.

As the Lead Service configuration, configuration management lead, you will own the configuration management framework, standards, processes & procedures. Continually improving the CMDB within the Atlassian ecosystem and own all integrations.
