We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to join us on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave, and help shape the future of personalisation and loyalty across our digital and in-store experiences. You'll lead two exciting product areas, including our H&B&Me loyalty programme, bringing teams together to create relevant, rewarding experiences that help customers feel supported on their wellness journeys. What you’ll be doing

Shape the vision, strategy and roadmap for Personalisation and Loyalty.
Lead multiple product teams to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.
Create connected, personalised experiences across our website, app and stores.
Work closely with technology, data, marketing and design teams to bring ideas to life.
Use customer insights, experimentation and data to improve engagement, conversion and retention.
Influence stakeholders and support wider digital transformation priorities.Experience leading customer-facing digital products and product strategy.
Knowledge of personalisation, loyalty or digital customer experiences.
Experience guiding teams through product discovery, delivery and optimisation.
Confidence using data and customer research to inform decisions.
