Hull Churches Housing Association is seeking a Head of Assets and Compliance to provide strategic leadership for asset management, property compliance, planned investment and property services, ensuring homes remain safe, sustainable and well maintained.
You will lead on landlord compliance, including gas, electrical, fire, water, asbestos, lift safety, damp and mould, and building safety, and drive planned maintenance and improvement programmes across our housing stock.
