AI Transformation Manager, Client Development

The firm

A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and overseas. This role sits in the business services side of the firm, supporting lawyers and clients across the whole network.

The role

This role leads the use of AI across the marketing and business development function. You will turn a roadmap into real, day to day ways of working.

• Run a working group that turns AI ideas into practical workflows
• Build prompt libraries, assistants and simple automations
• Set up playbooks, training and human review of AI output
• Track adoption and report progress to senior leaders
• Support linked change projects such as a CRM rollout

What you will need

• Solid project management experience, turning strategy into plans
• Practical knowledge of AI tools, prompting and workflow automation
• Change management and training experience
• Good stakeholder skills across different teams
• AI or project management certifications would help
