Moneybox is a wealth management platform that helps people build wealth through saving and investing, buying their first home, and planning for retirement. Its Core Product Team develops platforms, intelligence, and propositions that help customers grow long-term wealth.

Задачи

• Own and maintain the Payments & Transfers roadmap, ensuring priorities align with customer needs, business goals, and product strategy
• Identify, frame, and prioritise customer problems using data, research, feedback, operational insight, and commercial context
• Lead product discovery by exploring customer needs, potential solutions, risks, dependencies, and success measures
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, customer outcomes, and success metrics
• Work with Engineering and Design throughout delivery, making trade-offs, unblocking decisions, managing scope, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences
• Improve the Payments & Transfers experience, including payment setup, transfers, contributions, progress tracking, and customer engagement, as well as supporting back-end operational systems
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, Insight, and Customer Support to ensure product changes are compliant, operationally robust, clearly communicated, and designed for good customer outcomes
• Monitor product performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities to iterate, optimise, and improve the experience
• Communicate priorities, progress, decisions, risks, trade-offs, and results to stakeholders

Требования

• At least 3 years of Product Management experience, ideally delivering digital customer experiences that improve conversion, engagement, retention, or customer understanding
• Strong customer and product judgement, with the ability to understand customer needs, break down complex problems, and turn them into useful product experiences
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data, research, and customer insight to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and make evidence-led product decisions
• Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to define requirements, make trade-offs, and deliver customer-facing products
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good judgement in regulated or complex environments, with an understanding of customer trust, risk management, and good customer outcomes
• High ownership, curiosity, a proactive approach, and willingness to build knowledge of pensions, retirement, and long-term financial planning
