Key Responsibilities
Design and document scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain architectures.
Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and platforms for potential adoption.
Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models for blockchain development.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams working on blockchain projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Ensure the security, integrity, and resilience of the overall blockchain infrastructure.
Requirements
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to blockchain technology and decentralized systems.
In-depth knowledge of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot), consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.
Proven experience designing and implementing complex enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
Familiarity with smart contract development, security best practices, and audit processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
