The Opportunity

We are supporting a PE-backed manufacturing business entering a period of exit preparation.

They are looking for an experienced Interim FD to come in, take control and get the Finance function fully prepared for exit. This is a hands‑on role requiring someone who has been through an exit before and knows what good looks like.

The Role

• Drive exit readiness across the Finance function
• Strengthen reporting, controls, processes and financial information
• Lead financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis
• Business partner senior leadership and the PE sponsor
• Own key finance projects and ad hoc priorities
• Identify gaps and implement improvements quickly
• Provide hands‑on leadership across the wider Finance function

The Profile

• Proven PE-backed exit experience is essential
• Experienced Interim FD / Finance Director with a strong track record of delivery
• Ideally experienced within manufacturing, industrials or a complex operational environment
• Strong technical finance, modelling and commercial capability
• Comfortable operating at pace with senior stakeholders and sponsors
• Hands‑on and highly pragmatic

This is a high-impact assignment for an experienced interim who has done it before and can hit the ground running.
