Head of Finance & MLRO - FCA Regulated

Signet Global in the UK seeks an experienced Head of Finance to lead financial management, accounting, controls and regulatory reporting for the Group’s UK entities. The role includes MLRO duties (SMF17) subject to FCA approval, with direct access to the UK boards.

You will work closely with the Group CFO and Compliance, delivering reliable financial information, managing tax, payroll, audits, treasury and financial crime controls, while driving governance and efficiency improvements.
