We are currently looking for individuals with Cardiology, Neurology, Geriatrics, and Paediatric sub‑specialties. £325 per evaluation + £325 for training & induction days.
This role allows practising consultants within these specialties to conduct Portfolio (formerly CESR) evaluations as a GMC Specialist Applications Associate. You will assess the portfolio of evidence, write a report, and recommend whether the applicant should be entered onto the specialist register. You must be on the specialist register and have patient contact in the last two years. A good analytical mind is essential.
Responsibilities
Assess the applicant’s portfolio of evidence to demonstrate CCT curriculum outcomes in your specialty.
Write a comprehensive report with a recommendation of entry onto the specialist register.
Complete a minimum of five evaluations per year and attend one training day.
Work primarily from home, with occasional attendance at London or Manchester offices.
Qualifications
Consultant within Cardiology, Neurology, Geriatrics, or Paediatric sub‑specialties.
Fully registered, current licence to practice, and specialist registration.
Patient contact within the last two years.
