Pitch Manager

Overview

A leading international law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Pitch Manager to join its global bid team. This role supports the firm’s flagship Corporate Practice across the UK and EMEA, working closely with business development colleagues worldwide.

Location : UK-based, with flexibility to work from Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds

Scope : UK and EMEA, with global collaboration

Work Style : Hybrid, with occasional travel to UK offices

Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting and finalisation of high-impact Corporate pitches and capability statements
• Collaborate with BD teams to support client retention and growth initiatives
• Contribute to pre-qualification questionnaires and bespoke materials across practice areas
• Maintain and evolve best practice pitch resources and firm-wide content

Qualifications

• A degree-level education and 2+ years’ experience in bids or Corporate BD, ideally within legal or professional services
• Proven expertise in bid documentation and pitch best practices
• Exceptional writing, presentation and project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• A proactive, flexible mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
