Travelodge is seeking a Senior Compliance & Safety Operations Manager to protect guests, colleagues, and contractors across our national hotel portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Maintenance Services, you’ll lead safety, asset integrity and regulatory compliance.
This role requires strong multi-site leadership, hands-on risk management, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from regulators to field teams. Hybrid pattern with site visits is required.
