Omnea in London is hiring a Customer Value Lead to own the customer lifecycle across large strategic accounts. Your mission is to ensure customers realize measurable value from day one, driving renewals, expansion and upsell.
As an early hire on the customer team, you will build deep relationships from procurement managers to CFOs, shape the commercial playbook with the team, and feed product decisions with customer signals. You will work closely with Abs, Ben and Rebe to scale the function.
