This role ensures that data, reporting, ETL, data warehousing, semantic models, analytics, and AI‑enabled insights are aligned to business objectives and deliver measurable value. • Act as the business analysis lead for data, reporting, analytics, and platform use cases, ensuring business problems are clearly understood and translated into actionable delivery outcomes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to determine, document, and validate business, functional, process, information, and system requirements for the global data repository and reporting platform.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, reporting specifications, data requirements, and operational deliverables.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, Data Office, IT Data Foundation, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are feasible, prioritised, understood, and delivered in line with business value.
• Support solution definition for new data products, reports, dashboards, integrations, and analytical capabilities, including trade‑off analysis across scope, complexity, usability, data availability, and business impact.
• Define and maintain business analysis documentation, including requirements documents, process maps, data definitions, reporting logic, user guides, test cases, training materials, and decision logs.
• Coordinate validation, user acceptance testing, and business readiness activities to ensure solutions meet agreed requirements and are adopted effectively by end users.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, automation, user experience, and operational transparency through better processes, standards, and platform capabilities.
• Ensure data governance, security, access control, and enterprise architecture considerations are reflected in business requirements and delivery decisions.
• Provide ongoing support for enhancements, incidents, and change requests by clarifying requirements, assessing root causes, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring sustainable resolution.
