Service Desk Analyst (Level 2)

Grant McGregor is looking for a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst to join their Service Desk Team providing high quality work and excellent Customer Experience. Do you have a high level of IT understanding and always deliver exceptional results? Are you ready to move to a high quality & fast paced Service Desk?

As a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring they get the most from their IT. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, handling support requests and resolving technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support across Microsoft 365, Azure and on-premises environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to clients
• Deliver excellent customer experience by communicating clearly and effectively
• Support end users across a range of devices and platforms
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and improve processes
