Cyberark Subject Matter Expert (SME)

CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME) Wokingham | Office Based | 6-Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME) to take end-to-end ownership of an enterprise CyberArk Privileged Access Management platform.

You will manage and support the CyberArk PAM ecosystem across PVWA, CPM, PSM/PSM-SSH and Vault, covering privileged-account onboarding, password vaulting and rotation, session monitoring, platform maintenance, upgrades, hardening, health checks, incident resolution and DR testing.

The role will also involve integrations with Active Directory/LDAP, Azure AD, Sentinel, ServiceNow and enterprise identity platforms, together with automation using PowerShell/Python and CyberArk REST APIs.

Essential experience

• 7+ years' Identity & Access Management experience with at least 5+ years' hands-on CyberArk PAM experience.
• Strong CyberArk experience across Vault, PVWA, CPM and PSM/PSM-SSH.
• CyberArk platform administration, hardening, password lifecycle management and complex account onboarding.
• Strong L2/L3 production PAM support experience.
• Windows, Linux/Unix, Active Directory and networking knowledge.
• PowerShell scripting and CyberArk REST API experience.
• Experience managing incidents, problems and changes in enterprise environments.

Desirable

• CyberArk Defender, Sentry, PAM CDE or EPM certification.
• CyberArk EPM and Secrets Management.
• Azure, Sentinel, ServiceNow, Zero Trust, DevSecOps or cloud-native PAM.
• Experience within regulated industries or PAM transformation programmes.
