Responsibilities
Build a positive project relationship using client‑facing engagements, run workshops, and lead clients to success.
Design and develop Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, and Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.
Lead a team of experts to drive success in delivering solutions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products.
Share practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and extensibility knowledge with global Avanade team members.
Manage task backlog for continuous improvement of client solutions and contribute to solution estimates.
Work with Microsoft 365 Copilot, understanding underlying technology, prompts, agents, implemented and governed.
Qualifications
Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Platform products.
Familiarity with Low‑code and Pro‑code extensibility models of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Strong business analysis and requirements‑gathering skills.
Familiarity with agile development practices.
Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
