You will play a key part in enhancing system functionality, supporting colleagues across the organisation, and driving efficiency through training and continuous improvement. If you’re an Acturis “super user” looking for a fresh challenge away from a traditional broking role, this position offers the perfect opportunity to leverage your expertise in a more strategic and impactful way.You will look after a portfolio of clients ideally in and around the South West and travel will be required. This is a full time, permanent role working remotely with a salary of up to £50,000 plus car allowance and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver system improvements and support ongoing development of the Acturis platform
Act as a key point of contact for Acturis-related queries across the business
Design and deliver training to colleagues at all levels
Support users with day-to-day system issues and troubleshooting
Assist in configuration, document creation, and optimisation of workflows
Work closely with stakeholders to enhance system usage and efficiency
About You
Strong experience using Acturis, including document creation
Background within the insurance sector (ideal for Brokers, Account Handlers or Account Executives seeking a new direction)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for supporting, coaching and developing others
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting
