Facilities Coordinator

A prestigious law firm is seeking a proactive and skilled Night Shift Facilities Coordinator to help deliver a flawless, 5‑star workplace experience across their corporate headquarters outside of typical office hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond promptly and professionally to Facilities Helpdesk requests
• Carry out urgent night‑time repairs (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures, damaged furniture)
• Conduct routine inspections and identify building defects
• Support an emergency call‑out rota and uphold strict Health & Safety standards
• Assist with office moves, furniture relocation and confidential material handling
• Set up and reconfigure meeting rooms and event spaces
• Maintain safe, organised storage areas
• Provide porterage and logistical support for events and reconfigurations
• Complete minor repairs, including locks and door adjustments
• Ensure all finishes and spaces meet a high corporate standard
• Represent the Facilities team with professionalism and discretion

You will bring:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with a proactive “can‑do” attitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience liaising with senior stakeholders
• Flexibility to support outside standard hours
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in building services/facilities maintenance
• Experience working in client‑facing corporate environments
• Basic understanding of Microsoft applications
