A growing investment organisation is looking to hire a D365 Developer / Low-Code Engineer to join its Digital Solutions team. This is a feature ownership role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders while delivering end-to-end solutions across the Microsoft stack.
You’ll play a key role in designing, building and evolving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, taking ownership from initial requirements through to delivery and ongoing improvement.
The Role
Own features end-to-end – from requirements gathering through to technical design, build and release
Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear specifications and user stories
Design and build solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), and Power Automate
Produce clear technical documentation, including solution designs and data models
Support integrations with external systems and APIs
Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Contribute to improving ways of working, including the use of AI tools to enhance delivery
Requirements
2+ years’ hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (customisation, configuration, business process flows)
Strong experience with Power Platform, including:
Power Automate (cloud flows and integrations)
Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tooling
Exposure to financial or professional services environments
Interest or experience in using AI tools to improve delivery and productivity
Why Apply?
Opportunity to take full ownership of features, rather than just build‑to‑spec
Collaborative, growing team with exposure to modern tooling and practices
Strong focus on solution design, stakeholder engagement, and quality delivery
Hybrid working with a Cardiff-based office
