What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a frontend engineering team, setting technical direction and fostering a strong team culture
Develop and maintain innovative features and tools in various initiatives
Improve user experience through close collaboration with product/design teams
Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, 1:1s, and technical development
Maintain high standards for code quality, system performance, and reliability
Ensure smooth delivery processes by managing technical roadmaps and ensuring timely execution
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of experience leading frontend teams (5+ engineers)
5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with TypeScript, React.js and/or Next.js
Proven expertise in building features and tools in a product-based environment
Strong focus on writing clean, scalable, and secure code
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
A passion for mentoring and elevating others on the team
