Dental Elite are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well‑established mixed NHS and private practice in Morecambe, Lancashire.

This is an excellent opportunity to take over an established patient list within a modern, fully digital practice offering a balanced NHS and private workload and excellent long‑term earning potential.

About the Role

• Contract: Full‑time or part‑time considered
• Start Date: Immediate
• Working Hours: 09:00–17:00, with flexibility available
• UDA Rate: £14 per UDA
• Private Split: 50%
• Lab Bills: 50/50
• Patient List: Established list in place
• Excellent opportunity to develop private dentistry alongside NHS

Ideal Candidate

• Open to all levels of experience
• Confident delivering general NHS and private dentistry
• Keen to develop private income alongside an established NHS list
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Team‑oriented with a professional approach

Practice Details

• Mixed practice – approximately 60% NHS / 40% private
• 4 surgery practice
• Fully digital using Dentally software
• OPG and intraoral scanner available
• Established patient base
• Free on‑street parking available
• Excellent local transport links with a bus stop approximately 50 metres away
• Convenient access to the M6, approximately 5–10 minutes' drive away

Requirements

• GDC registered Dentist
• Active NHS Performer Number
• Right to work in the UK
