CLO Analyst - Leading Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund

An opportunity to join one of the market’s top-performing multi-strategy hedge funds.

We are partnering with a leading multi-strategy hedge fund to find an ambitious CLO Analyst to join its middle-office team. This is a broad, high-visibility role sitting at the heart of the CLO platform, with exposure across the operational lifecycle of the strategy and interaction with multiple stakeholders across the business.

We are looking for someone with existing CLO experience who understands the complexities of the asset class and is keen to take on greater responsibility within a sophisticated and fast-growing platform.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in a CLO, structured credit or related middle-office/operations role
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership
• The ambition to develop within a high-performing, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
• Coding, automation and/or AI skills would be a significant advantage
