NatWest Boxed is seeking a Commercial Performance Lead to enable profitable growth in unsecured personal lending. You’ll own growth initiatives, work with Pricing, Credit and Product, and drive joint roadmaps with partners and clients.
The role blends analytics, strategic thinking and execution in a fast-moving fintech environment. You’ll analyse performance, optimise channel economics and contribute to the product roadmap with clear commercial rationale.
