Description

We are seeking an ambitious commercial growth leader who combines strategic account management with a proven ability to identify, create and secure new growth opportunities. The successful candidate will be equally adept at leading high-performing teams, developing customer partnerships and driving incremental revenue through a proactive hunter mindset backed by strong analytical and digital capabilities.

The Role

• Lead the management and strategic development of our Out of Home National Accounts channel, delivering both retention and accelerated growth across the customer portfolio.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing commercial team comprising a Senior National Account Manager, National Account Managers and Key Account Managers.
• Take ownership of major strategic customers across hospitality, contract catering, hotels & QSR.
• Identify, create and convert new business opportunities within existing customer groups for private label coffee, branded coffee, new machine opportunities and service contracts.
• Ensuring delivery of the Total Coffee Solution for all revenue streams, and maximising sales revenue with clear pricing strategy
• Partner with Marketing, Category, Production and Insight teams to develop compelling propositions and growth strategies.
• Hold full P&L responsibility for the National Accounts channel, owning the full S&OP process for your channel
• Own forecasting accuracy and commercial performance across all key business drivers.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans.
• Utilise data, reporting tools and commercial insights to drive decision making.
• Champion CRM systems, reporting platforms and data analytics.
• Produce clear monthly reporting for your channel, identifying actuals v forecast, short and long term forecast and mitigation plans as appropriate.

The Person

Proven sales leader with a strong track record of delivering customer retention and profitable organic growth.

Demonstrable success leading high-performing commercial teams.

Proven success in identifying and converting new opportunities within existing customer organisations.

Experience within Out of Home, Foodservice, Hospitality, or FMCG sectors preferred.

Relentless focus on growth with a proven hunter mentality.

Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills and ability to produce clear reporting.

Advanced Excel, CRM and Power BI capability.

Experienced in forecasting, dashboards and growth plans.

Dynamic, energetic and results driven.

Outstanding communicator and influencer.

Key Success Measures

Delivery of revenue, profit and market share growth targets.

Growth generated from new opportunities within existing customers.

Retention and expansion of strategic national accounts, driving all 4 revenue streams (coffee, machines, service and side products).
