EBRD is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Blended Finance Team within the Donor Partnerships and Impact groups. You will shape donor strategy, policies and guidelines, and oversee analyses of grants and concessional finance.
You will manage a team of 8-9 staff, engage with donors and internal stakeholders, and ensure alignment with the Bank’s global development goals. The role requires deep knowledge of blended finance, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate complex policy
