Head of Donor Partnerships & Blended Finance

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) seeks an Associate Director to lead donor strategy and blended finance policy within the Impact & Partnership Group. You will manage a team, coordinate donor engagement, and produce analysis for internal and external audiences.

The role requires extensive knowledge of blended finance, donor landscapes and governance, plus strong leadership and communication skills to influence across the Bank and with international partners.
