Are you a commercially sharp revenue and pricing professional who enjoys using data to solve ambiguous, high-value business problems? Can you balance customer outcomes, commercial performance and long-term growth when making complex decisions?

If so, this could be a great next move.

This well-known consumer marketplace is hiring a Lead Revenue & Pricing Manager to shape revenue strategy and improve pricing performance, margin and sustainable growth across a complex digital proposition.

The role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, analytics, product and technology. You’ll lead strategic initiatives across multiple markets and commercial levers, partnering closely with commercial, product, platform and data teams to develop scalable approaches that support long‑term growth and profitability.

What they’re looking for

  • Significant experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy, trading, growth, or a similarly analytical commercial role.
  • Strong commercial judgement, particularly around price, demand, conversion, revenue and margin trade-offs.
  • Experience shaping commercial strategy or decision‑making across multiple markets, products or customer segments.
  • The ability to use data, modelling and experimentation to identify opportunities and turn complex problems into practical recommendations.
  • Experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong technical and product awareness, with the ability to translate commercial needs into scalable systems, tools or capabilities.
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and making complex analysis accessible to non‑specialists.
  • A structured, detail‑oriented approach and willingness to take ownership in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI would be beneficial.

Why consider it

  • A genuine opportunity to shape revenue and pricing strategy rather than a purely reporting or analytical remit.
  • Ownership of strategic initiatives across pricing and wider revenue levers, with exposure across multiple markets.
  • Broad exposure across commercial, product, platform and data teams, with the opportunity to influence how scalable revenue capabilities are built.
  • The chance to work on complex, high‑scale optimisation challenges, using experimentation, technology and AI to improve commercial performance.
