About the position

We're looking for an experiencedHead of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and business insight across our growing organisation.

This is a strategic leadership role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance, support decision-making and identify opportunities for growth. You'll lead the FP&A function, develop meaningful financial insights, and help build a data-driven culture across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
• Own and continually enhance management reporting and business performance analysis.
• Produce meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Partner with Operations, People, Marketing and Finance teams to improve financial performance.
• Develop financial models, business cases and scenario planning to support growth initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop the FP&A team.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning and analysis processes.
• Present financial performance and recommendations to senior leadership.

What do you bring

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering leadership roles.
Power BI expert, with a proven track record of developing dashboards, automating reporting and delivering meaningful business insights.
Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience operating within a fast-paced, multi-site or high-growth environment.
A proactive, solutions-focused leader who enjoys getting into the detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.
