ABM UK is seeking a diligent Shift Coordinator near Coventry to manage a 30-hour week. You will assign jobs, check work, audit with the Element app, and support holiday planning while upholding ABM’s standards.

You will also handle absence management, record keeping, investigations, and disciplinary support, while maintaining stock, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with COSHH and health and safety requirements. Excellent English and strong admin skills are essential.
