Wholesale Trade Ops Lead - OTIF, 3PL & Growth

Elizabeth Scarlett Ltd. is seeking a Wholesale Trade Operations Manager to lead end-to-end wholesale processes for the UK and US. You will optimise workflows, manage a small team, and partner with 3PLs to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment and strong carrier relationships.

You will drive OTIF reporting, budget oversight, and continuous improvements across production, merchandising, finance and sales. This role is hybrid, with a focus on scalable growth for 2027 and beyond.
