Flourish have partnered with an exciting client looking to hire a Graduate Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing commercial team in Andover. This opportunity is designed for ambitious graduates who are eager to develop their professional skills, gain hands‑on business experience, and establish themselves within a fast‑paced sales environment.

As a Graduate BDR, you'll be at the forefront of the company's growth strategy, engaging with prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities, and helping build a strong sales pipeline. You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear development pathway into more senior commercial roles.

What You’ll Receive

• £28,000-£32,000 basic salary
• First-year OTE of £36,000-£44,000
• Uncapped commission structure
• Full sales training and structured onboarding

Your Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying potential new clients
• Reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Building relationships with decision‑makers
• Qualifying opportunities and generating sales meetings
• Managing and updating information within the CRM system
• Supporting the wider sales team in achieving business objectives
• Consistently working towards individual and team targets

What They’re Looking For

• A recent graduate or someone educated to degree level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking with a variety of people
• A positive, proactive attitude
• Ambition to build a long‑term career in sales
• Resilience, drive, and a willingness to learn
• Any previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is advantageous but not essential
