Freelance Project Manager & Producer

The Role

You’re coming in to carry an SS27 global sports campaign across the finish line. The main production is done; your job is making sure the final deliverables arrive without anything slipping.

In practice, that means taking ownership of specific workstreams and running them to completion; you’ll coordinate campaign toolkits, manage product imagery, shoot deliverables, and support asset rollout for local-market adaptations. You’ll hold the timelines, keep stakeholders aligned, and liaise directly with clients on day-to-day needs, working alongside an established in-house production and creative team.

This is a wrap-up brief, not a shoot brief. The work is execution, judgement and delivery – the kind of final-stage producing where the person who keeps momentum is the person who gets trusted with the next phase. Strong delivery here positions you for a return in January to support the next stage of the shoot, subject to sign-off.

The Package

• £350 – £360 per day
• Hybrid working
• Initial six-week contract
• Possibility of extensions into January for the next campaign phase
• Flexible three to five days per week, at your choice

The Person

You’re a hands-on Project Manager/Producer who delivers integrated campaigns – comfortable across campaign content, product photography and shoot deliverables, and used to running toolkits, timelines and market adaptations yourself.

You’ve managed client and stakeholder relationships day to day, and you can join a project already in production and get up to speed fast.
