M&A Transaction Tax: Associate Director

Stafffinders is seeking an ambitious Associate Director in Transaction Tax to join their tax team, advising private equity funds, portfolio companies, and corporates on complex tax matters across deal lifecycles.

You'll lead tax structuring and due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, collaborate with clients, law firms, and international members, and contribute to business development and managing budgets.
