Head of Production

We are supporting a manufacturing business with a search for an experienced Head of Production.

This opportunity will suit a senior manufacturing leader who combines strong people management with a practical approach to improving production performance.

Head of Production Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production teams, setting clear priorities and performance expectations
• Improve production planning, efficiency, quality and delivery performance
• Lead continuous improvement and introduce effective processes and systems
• Manage resources and costs while maintaining safe working practices

Head of Production Experience Required

• Senior leadership experience within production, manufacturing or operations
• A track record of improving operational performance and leading change
• Strong people management, planning and commercial awareness
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with strong quality and process controls
