Head of Retention & Growth — Subscription Lifecycle

Agora Talent Ltd. partners with a fast-scaling Health Tech company to recruit a Head of Retention in London with hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 from home). You will own subscriber lifetime, drive ARR growth, and have autonomy from day one.

In the initial 3–6 months, you will own subscription optimisation and churn mitigation, then expand to CRM lifecycle architecture, product integration, and cross-channel strategy. Lead test-and-learn and retention-focused campaigns to maximise LTV.
