Are you an experienced teacher with a passion for inclusion and supporting vulnerable young people? This is an exciting opportunity for an Inclusion Advisory Teacher to join a well‑established Inclusion Advisory Service, providing specialist support to schools with a focus on Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), behaviour support and exclusion prevention.
As an Inclusion Advisory Teacher, you will play a key role in helping schools build inclusive practice, supporting staff to develop effective strategies and improving outcomes for pupils who need it most. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact through a funded “test and learn” initiative with the potential for future extension.
This Inclusion Advisory Teacher opportunity offers flexibility around working arrangements, with part‑time, flexible days and job share options all being considered. If you are looking for a rewarding position where you can use your expertise to influence practice across multiple schools, this Inclusion Advisory Teacher role could be the perfect next step.
We offer a senior referral scheme upon successful placement of your recommendation.
Our clients are passionate about creating and evolving a diverse workforce and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant. Recruiting decisions are based on your experience and skills. Any reasonable adjustments in the workplace will be fully supported during the application and hiring process.
Due to the fast‑paced nature of interim recruitment, applications are reviewed as received and client requirements may change during the recruitment process.
