Strategic Initiatives Lead — Growth & Transformation

Chelsea FC is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Manager to join the Strategy, Transformation and Analytics team at Stamford Bridge. You will analyse critical business issues, structure and size new strategic initiatives, and prepare materials for Management Committee and Board discussions.

You will own end-to-end projects, lead cross-functional workstreams, conduct market and financial analyses, build robust business cases, and help drive revenue and cost initiatives while upholding Chelsea's BLUE
