Are you an experienced Partner Account Manager, Channel Account Manager or Partner Business Development professional looking to join a major player within the UK technology and telecommunications sector?

Value Added Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful technology services organisation seeking a commercially driven Partner Acquisition Manager to develop and grow relationships with IT resellers, MSPs, VARs and channel partners across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building new partnerships, developing strategic relationships and driving revenue growth through a broad portfolio of Connectivity, Unified Communications and Cyber Security solutions.

The Role

• Identify and recruit new MSP, MSSP, telecoms and technology reseller partners across the UK
• Develop and execute structured prospecting and partner acquisition campaigns
• Engage business owners, Managing Directors, Sales Directors and senior stakeholders
• Lead discovery meetings and commercial discussions
• Manage the full recruitment and onboarding journey from initial engagement through to activation
• Work closely with marketing, vendor, pre-sales and account management teams
• Build a strong pipeline of prospective partners and drive consistent new-logo growth
• Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in partner acquisition, channel sales, business development or indirect sales
• Experience selling into or through MSPs, telecommunications providers, IT services businesses or technology resellers
• Strong new business and prospecting skills
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers and business owners
• A strong understanding of channel sales models and partner-led growth
• A self-starter who enjoys creating opportunities rather than managing existing accounts
• Background within Telecoms, MSP, IT Services, Cloud, Connectivity, UCaaS, CCaaS, Cyber Security or related technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
