React Developer for Live Events

The company develops a financial operating system for live events that reduces customer queue times and maximizes vendor revenue.

Задачи

• Lead the architecture and development of front-end applications, primarily using React, ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability across web products while remaining hands-on with the code
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into polished, accessible, and responsive user interfaces
• Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs, payment flows, and real-time data
• Make technical decisions on front-end tooling, architecture, and build and release pipelines
• Mentor junior front-end developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices

Требования

• Experience as a lead or senior Front End Engineer / Developer, with advanced hands-on React skills
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript / TypeScript, component-driven architecture, and state management, such as Redux or Context API
• Experience building responsive, cross-browser, high-performance web applications at scale
• Comfortable taking ownership and making technical decisions
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities in a start-up / scale-up environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Условия

• Initially, for the first 6 months, work from the London office 3-4 days a week; afterward, flexible arrangements include the ability to work abroad for part of the year
